4. Connecting Your Crypto Wallet

• Wallet Connection: To access certain features of the Platform, users need to connect their cryptocurrency wallet. This process does not involve creating an account with Gumart but ensures secure transactions.

• Wallet Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their cryptocurrency wallets. Gumart will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of users' wallets.

5. Use of the Platform

• Permitted Use: You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Platform:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm Gumart or users of the Platform or expose them to liability.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments Integration

• Acceptance: We accept various cryptocurrencies for payment. Transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cryptocurrency networks.

• Risk of Loss: You acknowledge and agree that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and Gumart is not responsible for any changes in value between the time of purchase and the time of settlement.

• Transaction Confirmation: Transactions may take time to be confirmed on the respective blockchain networks. Gumart is not responsible for any delays in transaction confirmations.

8. Marketplace Transactions

• Role of Gumart: As a marketplace platform, Gumart provides a venue for buyers and sellers to connect and conduct transactions. We do not take ownership of the products sold on the Platform nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed.

• Order Processing: When you purchase a product on Gumart, you are buying directly from the seller. Gumart facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for the fulfillment of the order.

• Disputes: Any disputes arising from marketplace transactions should be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Gumart may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee a resolution.

9. User Content

• Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of any content they post on Gumart, such as reviews, ratings, and comments. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Gumart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the content in connection with the Platform and Gumart's business.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Gumart reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gumart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gumart regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Gumart.

• Waiver and Severability: No waiver by Gumart of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Gumart to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
